• each sports school that is part of the Federation has its own personal account in the system, allowing it to maintain data about its school, its coaches and students (athletes)
• to submit an application for a competition, the person responsible from the school selects athletes from the list of students of their school
• authorized employees of the Federation have their own personal account in which they add information about upcoming competitions (maintain the competition calendar) and also control the data coming from sports schools
• the direct organizers of competitions have the ability to update information about competitions in the system, in particular, to add regulations, categories and other information
• all preliminary applications from school representatives go to the organizer for approval; athletes, athletes' parents, coaches, and Federation representatives have access to competition registration information in real time
• technically, the system allows collecting both donations and entry fees from participants, while a donation can be made arbitrarily for any participant whose application has been approved by the organizer
• the organizer and the Federation have complete information about the amount of donations collected at the current moment
